Payments and fees

Paid ticket transactions may include platform, payment processor, and applicable service fees. Final fee handling depends on the configuration shown during checkout.

Clause 04

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but platform access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside our control.
